oppo a37f - security center

How to add applications like whatsapp and call recorder to whitelist in security center for oppo a37f.

everytime the security center runs, it closes all applications from memory. this causes whatsapp and call recorder to close. hence unable to received messages in whatsapp post that. and new calls thereafter are not recorded.

i understand theres a way to handle this. i.e. adding applications to whitelist, so that they dont get closed. but I am unable to locate ... how to add the apps to whitelist.

Go to settings>Battery>Others and find your application which is not giving you the notification on and turn of both the freeze in background and auto optimize
also Lock your application (add it to whitelist)

To put your application on White list

1. Open the application that you wanted to use then press the "Home" button.
2. Tap and hold the "Menu" button, the list of all the open application will appear select the desired application.
3. Then tap and hold and swipe down the application that you wanted to White list. If you want to disable the White list, tap and swipe down again.

After White list, turn on Auto-run too

1. Go to home screen of your device, tap on "Security Center".
2. Look for "Privacy permission" and then tap on it.
3. Look for "Startup Manager" then tap on it
4. Select the application, then enable the application for the notification.
