Method is very simple and if u understand logic of fats it will be life time experiences to keep wait in control.
No use of any medicine....Just diet and eating habits loose your weight naturally.....

hi

For loosing weight if u want really 3 things required:

1) Determination: Even in Winter/Rainy/Summer must follow the walking/cycling/jagging schedule must be min.45 mins.

2) Exercise: Minimum 30+30 mins exercise & pranayam

3) Diet: Must avoid carbohydrates, oily foods, fries, backery foods, ice creams, milk products, beverages. Compulsory diet fiber,protien foods. Daily diet compulsory millets, dry fruits, fruits, avoid Rice, Alu, tea, coffee.

My personal experience, without going to jim & nutritionist, i reduced 13 kgs within three months. Reduced my waist size from 36 to 32.

When i insert my shirt in the pant, belly is not at all visible, now concentrating to six pack at the age of 49. 10 year boy flat tummy like that now.

Benefits: Body fit, Mental health fit, Sugar controlled/avoided, BP under control. Confidence level boosted up.

1. Chapati/Roti
2. Rice
3. Anything which contains sugar.

Intermittent fasting (16 hours of fast with 8 hours of feeding window for men).

To boost it...
1. Cardio at the end of the fast window and lift weights at the end of feeding window.
2. Maintain a High protein diet.
3. Cut off sugar in every possible way.
4. Supplement with multivitamin if needed.
5. Get enough sleep and drink plenty of water.
