Red face What is this feature in iPad called?

Browsing in Safari on an iPad, when there are two links very near each other and the touch is not absolutely perfect on one of the two, that small area of the webpage is enlarged to assist in clicking either link. What is this feature called guys?

This feature is NOT specific to iPad or Safari.

Devs call it by many names...

viewport enlargement (specifically for textboxes)
magnification gesture
auto-scaling pixel density
click assist (forgotten the actual term)

Thanks guys.

@SatanLucifer: Yes, that small area of the screen in enlarged. There is no magnifying glass like 'icon' though. It's like, I try to click on two links close to each other, a tiny rectangle pops up with that very limited, focused area, enlarged.

@bengali_babu: Thanks. A young college going friend needs to write a short paper on Tablet usage by professionals and since I used an iPad and love a Windows Tablet, he asked me; the only good thing I can think for iPad is this feature! That's why I wanted to know the precise name. But it's not there in my HP Stream or HP Omni Windows Tablet, nor Samsung Galaxy 8.9 ... is it not unique to iPad?

I've used only Android and I've encountered this feature on many android browsers and apps.

BTW, both Android and iOS have the same root/base. So, it's fairly easy to copy features from one OS and implement them on the other. Haven't you come across all those lawsuits filed by Apple against Android phone manufacturers for copy their classic features?
