I work out daily. I get up in the morning early and go to bed at the right time. I dont watch a lot of TV and have a healthy diet. Sometimes I think I should just get out of this city life and start living in Himalayas or something. But even that is not possible for us middle class people with a lot of stress and no financial backing.
Try generic melatonin. Available on Amazon/ebay. PM me for best brands.
Use it to put you into proper sleeping cycle. Soon u will be able to sleep on ur own.
I have been handling insomnia since past 10+ years. Have tried almost everything including Zolpidem (worst drug for insomnia) and found my redemption in melatonin.
My personal experience : Its not addictive. I used it to overcome insomnia, correct my sleep/wake cycle. Whenever I divert from my natural sleep cycle, I use it for a week or two till i get back to my proper sleep timings naturally then I dont use it for approx 1 or 2 months till my sleep cycle goes off track as I am conditioned to insomnia for 10 years or more.
Google Melatonin and u will learn a lot about it.
