Go for Vu 80cm (32) Full HD LED TV (32D6545, 2 x HDMI, 2 x USB)

It's available on flipkart in 17k. Vu is good TV, provided you use HD channels on this TV.

If you want 40", you need to shell out 21k - Vu 102cm (40) Full HD LED TV (40D6575, 2 x HDMI, 1 x USB)

You won't get Full HD LED, that also in 40 inch in 18k. It's just nonsense.

Thank you nuke. I have another question, the TVs that are available in gray market are they really original or do they have imported panel and the rest of components are local? The dealers in gray market don't give bills and don't entertain credit cards. That made me suspicious. How good are the TVs that have imported panel but rest is local? Is it worth buying? If somebody can enlighten me on that please.

Remember, Gray market is for stuff that sell per kg rate.
Lucky, if equipment works. Usually, buyer is at loss.

amazon/flipkart does keep few dated models, which aren't available at offline stores.

Buy them,....
