WordPress is web application. We call it CMS (Content Management System) Since i started using it, i fell in love with it.

Most user-friendly CMS till now. It was a blogging platform first, but now corporate businesses and all the other type of websites are using it.

Their official website is wordpress.org (not wordpress.com).

There are lots of tutorials out there for WordPress. And i'm also a WordPress developers. If you need some help.

I have started using Macromedia Dreamweaver now, and i actually gave a sigh of relief as i saw the UI, and started working and trying little tasks,
but the very first question, If i want to place an image, when ever i select the image (or any other element) it goes to the very left side and we can not easily move it by just Dragging, so tell me how move the elements at the exact place we want? do i need to edit the code everytime and change the values?

Exactly, this is not a drag-n-drop editor.
You need to edit the code.

Just use float property for images to float left or right. And margin property to move a little right, laft, top or bottom.
You can use padding property too.

Just read all the tags in W3Schools before you try.

Yes boss! This is the right way to learn any CMS. First practice on localhost then make it online.

Well, if you want to setup a WordPress site then PM me, i can set it up for you.

And about the tutorial site, WORDPRESS TUTORIAL, you should check there official website, it's the best place. http://www.wordpress.org
