Sweat, urine, stools, breathe out..... these are how you loose weight.


Buddy, this has worked for me. We got it from our models, who are obviously thin.


Morning: One liter warm water (heat for 1 min)+one full lemon squashed+1 spoon honey.

honey makes you pass urine many times.
lemon makes your breath a bit more fresher.. yep.
water helps body accumulate more waste products & yes,... more urine.

rest is all standard, Cut down Junk food (don;t need to avoid)....
Chew very well. Search Sandip Maheshwari, the English Trainer who vouches he did cut weight by chewing his food extremely well.

Start brisk walking.... Use Google Fit on phone, aim for 6 or 7 kmph walk for 30+ minutes.

Stick to this for at the least 3 weeks... that many days needed to form a habit.

Post your success here.
Once you don't sweat in that brisk walking, you start exercises...

Don't forget to post your body once you have gone slim.

Brisk walking is a great and sure shot way of reducing BodyFat when combined with correct diet.
Not sure about honey and lemon on daily basis as lemon is pretty acidic, but drinking enough water does help in proper functioning of digestive system, and removal of waste from the body. Warm water is always better

Dont worry. I am a Fitness Professional with over 12 years of experience & have helped many fat people run marathons including many fat women who have become bombshells & who are so thankful to me that I have full access to them for fun.. here are a few pointers:

1. No need to go to expensive GYMs. If you have the money, its OK but not necessary.
2. Stop eating sugar, oil & salt or reduce as much as possible. Stopping salt will itself reduce around 10 kg of your weight.
3. Start with some form of exercise. Even long walks are OK. EXERCISE is the only positive way to reduce weight apart from diet.
4. Dont go for any fad diet. Dont waste money on any nutritionist unless you are chronically sick. I will tell you everything for free.
5. Dont take anything medicine for reducing weight. It harms the body.
6. Drink hot water instead of cold water.
7. Meditate - thinking that you are reducing weight.. you have lost weight .. visualize.
8. First thing in the morning take 2 lemon juice, 2 glass hot water, two tablespoons honey & half a spoon of tejpatta powder or paste. drink it and dpnt take anything else for 2 hours.
9. Stop tea coffee etc...
