And yes, at times I have discovered that patients wrongly believe that they have a fungal infection. They simply have dermatitis due to environmental factors and some doctor misguides them into believing that its a fungal infection.

Itraconazole 200 mg has to be taken for 20 days(Once in a day, immediately after food).
Terbinafine cream has to be applied twice in a day, for one full month.

The duration of the treatment must be followed even if the patch reduces or disappears after few initial days of treatment.

Have you use these medicines for this long time?

Visit a better dermatologist. Keep your groin area dry with anti fungal powder( ask any chemistor doctor himself will suggest) Avoid oily/spice foods for few weeks

Whatever the ailment is, my suggestion would always be to look at your food.

If it really is fungal infection, then read up on the internet for foods that control its spread.

Though, I am not advocating against modern medicines but prolong consumption affects the bacteria in stomach and intestines, which hampers your body's ability to absorb nutrients and fight infections.

Regardless of the kind of infection, eliminating sugar from your diet helps a lot. It has to be 0% refined sugar.

Hey I have the same problem, it's almost been a year for me. I earlier used to apply some steroid cream, but that didn't help. Another doctor prescribed Onabet cream, which seems to help and its been 2 months and its not growing or itching (if you apply everyday), but its also not going away too. He also said use Izk soap but I couldnt find that anywhere.

If you find something please update here
