Sir
Can i try ayurvedic medicine along with your homeopathy?

One thing i noticed was when i try to talk on my smartphone in standing position without headphones while folding right arm at elbow it starts paining after like one minute.

Btw i was curious about your medical experience. It feels like you have great knowledge. Like you knw everything !

Yes, you can try it but the only problem is that you won't know which medicine helped you. Or worse, which one gave you the side effects.

When desperate, people try a lot of things together and they do get relief. But then they'll have to repeat everything again when the problem comes back. Because they don't know what fixed them earlier.

Your condition demands 4~5 homeopathic medicines but I didn't suggest you to take all of them together - because of the very same reason.

Your problem is bound to come back, because the underlying problem is not yet fixed. You need exercises/posture correction for that.

But the answer to your question is yes, you can try ayurvedic. BTW, which one are you going to take?

Yes, you'll get cured permanently. Yours is a wrong posture problem. which is typical with youngsters.

Time is on your side. As you are young, you have plenty of time to correct your mistakes and live a healthy life. People who neglect their bodies for a long time, spend miserable time during their golden years.

Question: Do you have droopy shoulders?

Regarding stress/depression: There are some excellent supplements etc that you can experiment with. It may take a long time to find the right stack for you. But before going the supplements route, you need to fix your diet and eating habits. It's the food that's going to heal you. Supplements are only meant to fill the gaps and you can't take them forever.

That's where the "cubital tunnel" lies.
Any repetitive or strong compression here causes problems down the arm.

Second most common obstruction lies at the wrist. This area is known as "carpal tunnel". Any inflammation in the tendons here or abnormal pressure or awkward twisting can cause issues in the hand.

Checkout these locations in the pics I sent you earlier.

Save these areas from further damage by using appropriate splints or fixing your posture. Medicines will only help in healing the damage - they won't fix your posture or habits!

Any hot spots in your arm is an indication of inflammation. Give your hand/arm some rest when you experience it.

Yes, those guys and anyone trying to play with your neck, even if he/she is a doctor - are risky!

You need guidance to do the exercises properly. That's why I wanted you to get in touch with someone (like a chiropractor), who could watch you and teach you the right exercises. And if you feel pain while performing exercises then that guy can analyse and correct you.

It took me so many years to perfect my posture while working out in the gym. And then I realized that barring 2~3 people, everyone in the gym were doing something useless or wrong.

Once you learn to use correct posture in your day to day life, you won't face this pinched nerve problem ever.

I bet you are using wrong posture while picking up things from the floor. If you don't believe me, then record yourself picking up things from the floor, like a ball (something light) and a 10KG bag of atta (heavy). Now, compare your movements to that of a 2~3 year old kid picking up a ball from the floor.

Even such minor daily activities can wreak havoc on your spine if you are not careful. If you workout regularly then your muscles will keep your spine pulled in right position. Then you won't be able to slouch in a chair... you'll sit upright without any conscious effort.

And I wanted a chiropractor or gym physiotherapist to help you in that matter. Doctors won't know this shit
